Merry and bright holiday performances in North Charleston!

The holidays are nearly always synonymous with music. Whether you blast Christmas tunes in your car, you have something holly jolly stuck in your head, or you’re counting down the days for it to be socially acceptable to post up on someone’s doorstep to belt carols, ‘tis the season for singing! If you’re in search of spirited performances to further your mistletoe-tastic, tree-topping sparkle, look no further than the North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center. Next-level acoustics, comfy seats (and truly not a bad seat in the house), friendly staff, and talent from across the globe make this theatre the place to get your holiday spirit on!

Here are just a few of the very merry performances headed to the North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center this holiday season:

What: Manheim Steamroller Christmas
When: Nov. 24
Instrumental rock meets merry and bright with this enthralling holiday performance. Forget what you know about Christmas music—this is the holiday spirit revolutionized. With more than 28 million Christmas albums sold, Manheim Steamroller is the #1-selling Christmas artist of all time with Elvis coming in at a distant 17 million holiday records sold. Holiday classics are taken to the next level thanks to this can’t-miss Christmas ensemble.

What: Lauren Daigle: The Behold Christmas Tour
When: Dec. 2
Lauren Daigle is a two-time Billboard Music Award winner, a two-time Grammy nominee and an American Music Award winner. Daigle’s smoky-sweet vocals are reminiscent of the melodic magic of Adele coupled with the unadulterated power of Amy Winehouse. Her uncanny ability to connect with and captivate her audience makes this special holiday performance one you’ll revisit over and over again in your fondest memories (and maybe even your dreams!)

What: Christmas with Kem
When: Dec. 7
Kem is the epitome of soulful songwriter with a storied past, and he captures the “miracles can happen” vibe of Christmas with every soothing lyric he croons. From well-known Christmas classics to soon-to-be yuletide favorites, you’re certain to have yourself a merry little date night when you behold this holiday R&B performance.

What: Moscow Ballet’s Great Russian Nutcracker
When: Dec. 8
Traditional leaps, twirls, and holiday spectacular with shimmer of sugar plums fairy magic. Bring the kiddos, bring your bestie, or simply bring yourself to this spectacular display of grace and physical prowess. The wonder of the holiday season is truly “en pointe” with this time-honored holiday performance tradition.

What: Rocking Around the Christmas Tree with Darci Lynne and Friends
When: Dec. 15
One of “America’s Got Talent’s Youngest Winners,” Darci Lynne, brings singing and ventriloquist skills to North Charleston. Equal parts quippy and whimsical, this show is a holiday-centric demonstration of childlike joy, wonder, and wit. The show-stopping kiddo gets by with a little help with her friends—friends like a shy, soulful mouse and a diva-tastic rabbit.

What: The Beach Boys Reason for the Season
When: Dec. 16
When The Beach Boys are in North Charleston, Christmas gets a little more coastal, dude! This show feels like Santa shed his red suit in lieu of board shorts and a surf board. The result? All the good vibes!
