$7,500 – Day event with an overnight stay
$2,500 – Each additional night stay
$1,000 – Damage Deposit (To be returned up to 30 days after event if no damages occur)

$6,500 – Day Event (11AM-11PM)
$9,000 – Event with an overnight stay
$2,500 – Each additional overnight stay
